About the Role
As a Go Backend Developer at GlamAI, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our AI-based video and image generation platform. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, AI/ML teams, and product managers to deliver high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for AI-driven video and image generation.
- Work closely with AI/ML engineers to integrate algorithms into production systems.
- Optimize backend systems for performance and scalability to handle high volumes of requests.
- Collaborate with the frontend and mobile app teams to ensure seamless integration of backend services.
- Implement robust security measures to safeguard user data and system integrity.
- Monitor and troubleshoot backend systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards across the team.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development, particularly in building scalable and reliable systems.
- Proven experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Experience in working with AI/ML-driven applications is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Go programming language
- Knowledge of Python will be an added advantage, but not a requirement
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and caching solutions.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of video processing technologies (FFmpeg, OpenCV) is an advantage.
- Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven systems.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
