About the Role

We are looking for Junior/Middle Influencer Marketing Manager to join Glam as we scale our influencer collaborations on TikTok and Instagram. If you are proactive, experienced in influencer marketing, and passionate about growing through viral campaigns, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and collaborate with relevant micro-influencers on TikTok and Instagram (up to 150K subscribers).
• Negotiate favorable terms and oversee the launch of influencer campaigns.
• Develop ideas for advertising campaigns and track their performance.
• Maintain and optimize relationships with influencers for repeat partnerships.
• Ensure a KPI of at least 20 collaborations per month.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Proven experience as an Influencer Marketing Manager.
  • Experience in negotiating and launching campaigns independently.
  • Track record of executing campaigns with a measurable number of influencer activations per week or month.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends and platform algorithms.
  • English proficiency (B1 or higher): ability to understand videos and write messages.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Proactivity and Self-Sufficiency:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to negotiate with influencers to secure the most advantageous terms.
• Preferred:
  • Existing database of micro-influencers (worldwide, except Russia and India).
  • Demonstrated understanding of viral content creation.
