About the Role
As an Influencer Manager at Glam, you will be at the forefront of our influencer marketing initiatives, building and nurturing relationships with top influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement. Your ability to identify and collaborate with key influencers will be pivotal in amplifying our reach and impact. Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Outreach and Relationship Building:
- Identify and engage with influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) who align with our brand.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring ongoing collaboration and partnership.
- Campaign Management:
- Design, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with influencers to create authentic, compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Track key metrics and prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align influencer content with brand goals and marketing strategies.
- Generate innovative ideas for influencer collaborations and content creation.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns and relationships.
