About the Role
As a UA Manager at Glam, you will spearhead the launch and optimization of high-budget advertising campaigns, driving significant daily spend and achieving positive ROMI. Your expertise in Web2Web and GoogleAds will be critical to our success. If you are passionate about data-driven marketing and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and refine Web2Web and Web2App campaigns.
- Create test plans and experiment with various UA initiatives to identify the highest impact opportunities;
- Analyze and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Test and rotate creatives to ensure optimal performance.
- Generate ideas and develop technical briefs for new creatives.
- Convert analytics into product hypotheses to drive campaign success.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with advertising platforms like GoogleAds, TikTok, Meta, and understanding of SKAN purchasing principles.
- Proven experience with Web2Web and Web2App funnels and landing pages.
- Background in subscription-based app monetization.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in tools such as Appsflyer, Amplitude, Google Analytics, and Firebase.
- Upper Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
- Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with Unity, Applovin, Mintegral.
- Experience with web advertising on TikTok.
- Handling budgets of $10,000 daily or more.
